Eligibility Criteria
- Science-related Matric (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are required topics).
- Sc. (Pre-Medical) from any accredited board with at least 50% of the possible points.
The applicant must have a valid ID or B. Form. - It is required that the applicant reside in Punjab.
- A certificate from an accredited organization is required of Hafiz-e-Quran candidates.
- Any medical officer’s certificate of medical fitness.

Criteria for Determining Merit for Govt LHV Course 2025
- Merit will be assessed using the FSc (Pre-Medical) grades.
- Merit shall be assessed based on the scores earned in Matric with science if two or more candidates have identical FSc (Premedial) scores.
- The seniority of the candidates with respect to their higher age shall be used to establish the merit list if two or more candidates have equivalent scores in both FSc 9Premedical) and Matric science.
- The SHC&ME Department will make the decision if all of the previously mentioned marks and factors are equal.
